Most Americans are represented by politicians who sell out gun owners under pressure. Pennsylvania’s 10th District is represented by one who put his name on the bills that fight back.
All too often, the candidates who campaign against gun control are the first to sell out their constituents’ God-given rights in exchange for their own political advancement, the moment the media or Gun Control, Inc. applies the slightest pressure.
Gun owners in Pennsylvania’s 10th Congressional District have a pro-gun Congressman who does the opposite: Rep. Scott Perry.
Voting against gun control is the minimum a pro-gun lawmaker should do. A true champion fights not only to defend against the gun grabbers, but to advance and restore the Second Amendment.
In this Congress, Perry joined NAGR’s coalition as a cosponsor of H.R. 645, the National Constitutional Carry Act, which NAGR calls the REAL Constitutional Carry Act. It would stop states from infringing on your right to carry a firearm.¹

Perry has also introduced H.R. 8758, the Protecting Our Second Amendment Data Act. It would require certifications related to the disclosure of gun owners’ personal information, so that federal agencies that hand out your private gun purchase data are held accountable and don’t get off with a slap on the wrist.²

In his years in Congress, Perry has never once voted against gun owners’ rights. As NAGR President Dudley Brown, a pro-gun lobbyist with more than 30 years of experience dealing with politicians, puts it: “that is RARE.”
That’s why NAGR is exposing anti-gun politicians and highlighting the ones who fight.
The National Association for Gun Rights is working around the clock to sound the alarm and expose the anti-gun track records of politicians nationwide this election cycle.
Through hard-hitting digital and social media, phone calls, text messages and an all-out blitz to mobilize grassroots gun activists, NAGR is contrasting the agenda of every gun grabber with those defending gun rights.
Help us keep fighting for gun owners before November 3rd.
