John Kennedy’s (R-LA) No Leniency for Fentanyl Dealers Act, legislation that would substantially reduce the quantities of fentanyl required to trigger federal mandatory-minimum sentences and authorize $9 million to expand drug-detection capabilities within the U.S. Postal Service.
