BELLEVUE, Wash. — Oct. 2, 2025 — Bryan Strawser, chairman of the Minnesota Gun Owners Caucus, was elected to the Second Amendment Foundation’s (SAF) Board of Trustees during the annual Gun Rights Policy Conference.
“This opportunity to serve on the Second Amendment Foundation’s Board of Trustees is both an honor and a responsibility I take very seriously,” Strawser said. “The Foundation has been at the forefront of securing landmark victories for our right to keep and bear arms, from the courtroom to the statehouse, and I am committed to advancing that mission. My hope is that the experiences I bring from Minnesota’s fight for gun rights will help strengthen our nationwide efforts, building momentum for even greater wins in the defense of liberty. SAF is the gold standard in Second Amendment advocacy, and I am humbled to join such a distinguished team in restoring the full promise of our constitutional rights.”
A globally recognized consultant in crisis management, business continuity and resilience Strawser has over 25 years of experience as a business, resilience, and crisis leader. He is the Principal and Chief Executive of a Minneapolis-based strategic advisory firm, and also serves as chairman of the Minnesota Gun Owners Political Action Committee and the Minnesota Gun Owners Law Center.
“I have known and worked with Bryan for several years and can speak firsthand about his passion and commitment to defending, securing and restoring our Second Amendment rights,” said SAF Executive Director Adam Kraut. “Bryan is on the front lines of gun rights advocacy in Minnesota and beyond, and he is a great addition to the SAF Board of Trustees. We look forward to working with him closely in the coming years.”
“Bryan will be a great addition to the SAF board,” said SAF founder and Executive Vice President Alan M. Gottlieb. “His leadership and dedication to the Second Amendment will be invaluable as we continue our efforts to ensure all Americans have the ability to exercise their right to keep and bear arms across the country.”
